Malachi - “What is that?!” Solomon - “Donno. Looks squishy.” Poke. Poke. Poke. Malachi - “It is squishy!” Poke. Poke. Poke. Solomon - “And sticky!” Malachi - “Dad! What is this?” Daddy - “What is what?” Malachi - “It’s on the nightstand. There’s two of them.”

Daddy (Standing in the bathroom shaving, speaking mostly to himself) - “Two of them?” Malachi - “They’re tan colored. They look like toys.” Daddy (peeking around the corner) - “Uh, boys, don’t touch those. Those are Mommy’s.” Malachi - “Mommy has tan-colored, squishy, sticky toys?”

Daddy - “Yes. Now walk away and leave her toys alone.” There you have it.

Kid tested, mother approved.

From now on, my tan-colored, squishy, sticky toys will be properly stored out of sight when not in use.
